  • The focus of my practice is providing support to people who are healing from burnout as well as those who are sorting out big life changes.

We might be a good fit if you are struggling with:

    -Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain

-Understanding yourself and what you want for your life

-Wanting to make changes but feeling lost on where to begin

Wherever you are on your journey my hope is that our work together will result in reduced stress, a better relationship with yourself and the courage to move forward.

  • Nature heals. In the outdoors we can observe the ability to adapt to harsh conditions and the possibility of new growth. I believe the same observations can happen through therapy.

Outdoor therapy is more than just a session outside. Our work together is enhanced by the calming presence of nature. This is a great fit for people who best express their thoughts and feelings while being able to move and experience. Nature provides an expansive setting that invites deeper reflection.

The process of outdoor therapy can take different forms. Whether our session takes place at a park, on a nearby trail, or by the waterfront we will explore your thoughts and feelings in the stillness of a peaceful environment. We may even incorporate an outdoor activity (such as observing wildlife, hiking, photography or even using paddle boards) that invites you to access your creative side and expand your comfort zone.

Whatever form an outdoor session takes, I believe there are valuable insights found in nature that can be applied to your therapeutic goals.

  • Online therapy uses a video conferencing platform (like zoom) but it’s protected and approved for healthcare.

Many clients prefer online therapy because it is a convenient and effective option that allows you to meet with me while in the comfort of your home.

Through online therapy I am able to work with clients anywhere in Washington State.

  • Whether we meet outdoors or online the journey is yours. You will choose what you’d like to share, choose the goals you want to work towards and set the pace that feels right to you.

I will be there to support you and guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself or even a different way of looking at your concern. We will spend a lot of our session in conversation but we will also take time to practice relaxation techniques.

  • It’s important to find a therapist that can best support your goals. I invite you to reach out—if I’m not the right fit for you I am happy to refer you to another therapist that specializes in the support you are seeking.
